Went hard in the paint this weekend. I guess that extra hour of partying granted from the time change did me in. What’s great about the @billykfitness diet is that I can eat whatever I want on the weekends and eat clean during the work week. Like most of us I am pretty busy M-F.I don’t do weekly meal preps I just take out 30 minutes of my day to prepare for the next day. I’ve managed to lose 20+ lbs without having to lift one dumbbell. For instance, this is my lunch for tomorrow. All items purchased at Costco. All prepared with a conventional oven. Hake fish. Sweet potatoes. Asparagus. Organic Edamame beans. All proteins and a bit of carbs from the sweet potatoes. Fish is low in fat with good fats of course and zero carbs. Doesn’t have to be the whole brown rice and turkey ordeal. Took me 20 minutes tops to prepare and weigh. You can make your meals fun, enjoyable and bearable to eat. Best part of this diet? YOU make it to what you want it to be. No fad diet here just eating right and eating clean. Congratulations to my culinary bud @spham3 on his new restaurant location! Located in DTLA in the heart of Little Tokyo. Can’t get too much into details as of yet but we are very proud of you son!
